Founded in 1982, DETECTOR DO BRASIL LTDA, is an independent Brazilian company. Detector sells its own and third-party products through commercial and technological agreements with world-class companies from around the world. Our activities are present in various industries, with focus in the oil and gas sector.
We’re highly specialized in oil-in-water detection, flame and gas detection, special ball valves, and various custom-made skid-mounted equipment.
Detector has supplied more than 25,000 flame and gas detectors, as well as complete detection and interlocking systems, to more than 100 exploration and production platforms, FPSO’s, FSO’s, drill ships, and cruise ships.
Petrobras has used our equipment in its offshore and refinery production facilities since 1982.
